The weather is looking up which means that it’s time to get out and explore. The Denver area has a ton of free activities to keep you and the family engaged on sport free weekends. Get out and explore!

Here are 7 free activities in and around Denver:

Mt. Falcon Park
About 30-45 minutes west of Denver you’ll find Mt. Falcon Park nestled off of Mount Falcon Rd. The park features 2,248 acres and 12.2 trail miles. Pack a picnic and fill up your water bottles and hit the trail. These hikes are fun for beginning and intermediate hikers. Dikeou Collection
This free art gallery in Downtown Denver is well worth the cost of parking. The museum is only open three days a week but offers free entry and is full of unique and interactive installations. Kids and adults alike with love it. To give you an idea of what to expect, there are giant inflatable pink bunnies that greet you as you walk in and an interactive set of musical wine bottles.
